Regional/Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the identified region of around 4 to 7 stores. This position will be responsible for all aspect of operations including, but not limited to: Staff Training, P&L, Safety and Sanitation, Policy and Procedure Compliance. Brand presentations, and store openings. Proven results, management development, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all stores in the region are properly staffed.
  • Ensure the team is trained to standards and is set up for success.
  • Perform quarterly evaluations on management team.
  • Conduct effective and strategic weekly planned meetings.
  • Ensure monthly inventories are completed accurately.
  • Performance goals are addressed and communicated.
  • All company rollouts are planned and executed..
  • A hands-on leader creating a positive culture based on performance and accountability.
  • Conducts performance evaluations.
  • Works well under pressure, has a good understanding of strategic planning and problem solving.
  • Stores within the region meet financial goals and effective planning is in place for areas of opportunities.
  • Monitors all repair and maintenance issues within the region and makes business decisions based on the need of the store and business objectives.
  • Supports new store openings with proper staffing, training and execution.
  • All safety, sanitation and employment laws and regulations are executed in each store.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and complete work while traveling.
  • Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & G Suite.
  • Organized with attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five years multi-unit experience required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

The VP of Luxury Brands is the business leader and architect for luxury food, beverage, and culinary strategies. This individual will work closely with operations and brand leadership to develop a food and beverage strategies that will elevate our luxury brands by driving revenue, profit, and PR. This leader should be a change agent, thought leader, highly motivated, with a strong business acumen.

Education and Experience Required

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience in food and beverage, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance
  • 3+ years of luxury brand experience
  • Experience creating and developing successful food and beverage concepts for luxury outlets
  • Experience developing and managing transformational strategies

BRAND ELEVATION AND STRATEGY - Coordinate with company leadership to design food and beverage experiences and strategies that elevate brand positioning and performance.

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP - Partner with facilities leadership to develop and activate a restaurant and bar strategy that elevates our luxury portfolio.

MARKETING - Create excitement for the luxury restaurant and bar experiences that drive content, growth and profits.

OPERATIONS - Lead operational excellence to the highest standards of culinary, service, and bar/wine operations.

PARTNERSHIPS - Oversee F&B third-party partnerships by supporting external leaders

Pay: $148,000.00 - $174,000.00 per year
