Our client is looking for leaders to encourage, drive and manage a team in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ability to handle High Volume, Fast Paced Environment
  • Line checks, Monitors par levels, and Conduct inventory
  • Schedule tasks and responsibilities to other kitchen team members
  • Cleanliness, maintenance - ensures equipment is cleaned daily

Job Requirements:

  • Oversee taste, texture, temperature, presentation and preparation
  • Understands how to safely handle kitchen equipment
  • Review P&L, restaurant financials
  • Proven ability to train & develop other team members

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
